This was a different type of show that I did not have a lot of experience. This calendar was distributed to my stage managment team. the rehearsals were not manditory for stage managment and they were held in a different building.
When talking with the director she metioned that she they have not used sign in sheets in years. So in talking with her more, we decided to make some so that the dancers start getting used to it.
With a lot of my other paperwork for this show, my rehearsal reports were done a little differently too. This show loaded in the weekend before the performances. I only made two of these before moving over to performance reports.
This was a very different way of calling cues for this show. It is moslty time and visual based cues. This was the way that me and my lighting designer and I decided to keep both of our paperworks consistent
Meetings became a challenge at time with me being the stage manager running the show and being one of the costume designers.
This was the only form of paperwork that was "normal". we had 3 performances that were just quick 1 hour performances.
